Astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilsmore's Return in a Space Project
The Space projects and the onboarding missions in the international space world might be very dangerous as recently the astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore Starline returned from the International Space Station (ISS). Various missions sometimes get postponed due to some technical faults as the Boing's Starliner mission was about to return to Earth by June 14 however owing to a fault in the spacecraft, the return has been delayed indefinitely.
As per the mission details the spacecraft was launched on June 5 which also faced some glitches in its thrusters unfortunately, there was a problem propelling the spacecraft and the duo was struck. After some time it was informed that NASA might consider SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft was supposed to return in February 2025.
As the fault is running on the return of the astronaut is still an important question among space agencies like NASA which could consider having alternative ways to bring them home soon. Adding the circulating stories of astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore, the online world is unveiling the ongoing situation from unsuitable spacesuits to deteriorating health on the ISS to any alternative ways of return.
Three Dangerous Scenarios
Scenario 1: When we are talking about the first scenario then it means the failure of the thrusters and giving up the spacecraft with 96 hours of oxygen and power. In the case when the Starliner's service module keeps the capsule at too steep a reentry angle, the amount of friction that will be released could cause the heat shield to fail. Ultimately the capsule may lead to burning in the atmosphere.
Scenario 2: Suppose the reentry angle is too shallow the capsule can be released into the Earth's atmosphere and be worked back into space. which means the astronauts will remain somewhere in the orbit.
Scenario 3: Suppose the thruster fails while returning from the space project then there could be a risk while returning from space. In that case, the astronauts could be released floating in space with limited oxygen and power.
The above explained are the three dangers the space agency has revealed with the help of different scientific platforms.
